The idea behind the business came from my grandparents. I would get calls from them regularly to come and fix their technology issues, or set up a device. Whether it was as simple as programming a TV remote or as technical as setting up a PC for ease of use, I could do it. Eventually, I began helping other folks as well. My career in telecommunications and IT started to become boring and stale. The only enjoyment I could find in the business was conversing with my customers. I realized something, my passion is getting to know my customer on a personal level and truly helping them with their issues.
